Leaving Notion shouldn't mean losing your notes.

Bring your whole workspace over in minutes — pages, databases, images — and keep writing in a notebook that looks like Notion but stores every page as a file in your own Google Drive or Dropbox. Free.

How it works

  1. Pick your storage. Continue with Google or Dropbox. SnugNote creates one folder and only ever touches that folder.
  2. Bring your notes. Connect Notion, or drop in a Notion export (.zip). Pages, databases and images come over.
  3. Write in peace. Pages, subpages, tables, to-dos, callouts, full search. Live sync keeps Notion changes flowing in while you run both side by side.

Why people move

What SnugNote does not do

No relational databases with formulas and rollups. No AI assistant. No real-time team collaboration. One device at a time. If those are your daily tools, stay with Notion — you'll be happier, and we'd rather lose the click than earn the churn.

Questions

What does it cost?
Nothing right now. No paid plan, no per-seat pricing.

Where do my notes live?
In your own Google Drive (one "Snugnote" folder, drive.file scope — we can only see that folder) or Dropbox (Apps › Snugnote).

Can I go back?
Yes. Your notes are files in your cloud. Leaving is as easy as joining.

What about my databases?
Pages, databases and images import. Formula/rollup logic does not — that's a stated limit, not a surprise.

Do I need to delete Notion first?
No. Run both for a week; live sync pulls changes in.
